Payment methods

Invoice - An invoice will be sent to you at your work address - payment should then be made by cheque or bank transfer. Your place is only confirmed once payment has been received.

 

Internal recharge - For employees of the Health Protection Agency an internal recharge to your budget code will be made. Please ensure you have your manager's permission to attend the conference before registering.

 

Closing date

Registrations may be accepted up until 01 December 2005, subject to availability.

Payments must be received by 01 December 2005.

 

Conference fees

 

VAT is payable on fees for anyone not employed by the Health Protection Agency or by the NHS in England .

Conference fees include conference documentation, refreshments, lunch and the dinner on 5th December.

 

Amendment and cancellation policy

 

If you need to change your reservation please use your account and make the changes online. Please note that if you cancel a day or a night you will be charged a a 25% cancellation charge for that part of your booking.

 

A 25% cancellation fee will be charged on cancellations received before 15 November 2005. Refunds will not be possible after 15 November 2005; however, a substitute delegate will be possible at any time - an email should be sent to chemicalconference@hpa.org.uk to inform the organisers.
