Posters
Posters will be displayed in the Caernarfon Suite which is situated on the first floor.
Authors are responsible for setting up their own poster on the poster boards provided on the day. Each poster will be allocated a unique location identification number.
Specific times have been allocated in the conference programme to view the posters.
Poster submission guidelines
- Poster submissions must be received by 14 November 2005
- They shoud be sent as an email attachment to chemicalconference@hpa.org.uk using the poster template on this page (saved as your surname then the word 'poster' eg smithposter.doc)
Format of posters
- Posters should be identical to the peer reviewed and agreed email submissions
- The following format is to be followed: Objectives, Methods, Results, Conclusions
- Posters should be a maximum size of A1 (1m X 0.75m)
- All posters should have a minimum of 1 figure or table
- Figures/tables should not be greater than 40% of the poster area
- Figure legends: Figure/Table followed by number: Title
- Any copyright material must be acknowledged
- Posters from HPA employees should adhere to corporate branding guidelines on use of logo and colours
